I sadly don't have any reading material for you. Perhaps poke around accelerators and their communities until you find one that feels right. Techstars Boulder is one I like. Mass Challenge also seems worth looking at. People might not be writing this stuff down much. Also look at Microconf and what Rob Walling is up to, I've been introduced to a few people in that community and I like them.
