Kal: Many-to-Many Calendar Sync for Google and Microsoft
Today at Kelsus, we’re launching Kal, a calendar sync tool that solves a specific problem: managing multiple work calendars without double bookings.
What It Does
Kal creates a many-to-many sync between all your calendars. Add any number of Google or Microsoft calendars, and each calendar syncs with every other calendar you've added. When you update or delete events—including modifications to recurring events—changes propagate across all connected calendars.
Technical Details
Many-to-many sync architecture: every calendar syncs with all others
Full support for recurring events, including single-instance modifications
Granular visibility controls:
Default modes: full details or busy status only
Custom field mapping available per calendar
Currently supports Google Calendar and Microsoft (Outlook) calendars
Pricing
$15/year for individual accounts
Teams licensing available (contact for details)
14-day free trial with no credit card required
The problem this solves: imagine you're consulting for multiple clients, each with their own calendar system. Or you're working with multiple email addresses, each with calendar access. Kal ensures you never show as "available" on one calendar when you're booked on another.
Thanks for considering using Kal! I hope it’s helpful.
